Care Instructions
- Keep balloons away from children, as uninflated or broken balloons can cause choking hazards.
- Balloons will be hung with cello tape (we don’t use helium for safety reasons).
- Please provide a stool to help us reach the ceiling.
- Remove the cello tape right after the event.
- If the tape sticks to the wall, use a hair dryer to blow warm air on it to avoid damage.
Delivery Information
- Pictures are for reference only – actual decoration may differ in color, shape, or design depending on availability.
- Decoration can be arranged at your home or in a hotel room (with prior permission from the hotel).
- Any complaints must be reported within 2 hours of delivery.
- Once decoration is completed, it cannot be cancelled, changed, or rescheduled.
