• Please ensure that someone is present in the room while the decorator is preparing the bouquet. Please take care of your valuables.
• Message Card cannot be selected for this product and will not be delivered along with the product.
• Time Required for Decoration-10-15 minutes approx.

Cancellation Policy:

• If a cancellation happens 24 hours before the time of delivery, a full refund will be issued.
• If a cancellation occurs between 24 and 6 hours before the time of delivery, a 50 refund will be issued.
• If a cancellation occurs less than 6 hours before delivery, no refund will be issued.

Delivery Information

• The image displayed is indicative in nature. Actual product may vary in shape, color or design as per the availability.
• the Balloon Bouquet is assembled at the delivery place, Please provide some space like parking lot or security room etc for us to set up the bouquet before Delivery.
• If case of a complaint, notice must be given within 2 hours of the delivery time of the experience.
• No rescheduling or cancellation is possible after the decoration has been attempted.
• An inflated balloon bouquet will be delivered.
