Care Instructions

Keep balloons away from children, as uninflated or broken balloons can cause choking hazards.
Balloons will be hung with cello tape (we don’t use helium for safety reasons).
Please provide a stool to help us reach the ceiling.
Remove the cello tape right after the event.
If the tape sticks to the wall, use a hair dryer to blow warm air on it to avoid damage.

Delivery Information

Pictures are for reference only – actual decoration may differ in color, shape, or design depending on availability.
Decoration can be arranged at your home or in a hotel room (with prior permission from the hotel).
Any complaints must be reported within 2 hours of delivery.
Once decoration is completed, it cannot be cancelled, changed, or rescheduled.
